General Job Description
We are looking for a lawn care helper that is willing to show up everyday on time, work hard, and be a team player. Mowing, weed eating, blowing away debris, and cleaning up yards are the main activities for this position.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
Be able to lift 50 pounds
Be able to operate lawn care machines, tools, and equipment
Complete 40 hours of work per week
Be able to withstand extreme heat in the outdoors while performing required activities: Mowing, weed eating, blowing, and clean-up of residential and commercial properties
Minor Duties & Responsibilities
Keep track of your time every day on your phone
Keep track of your safety gear and maintain safety rules at all times while working
Load and unload equipment at the start and end of each workday
Keep the interior of your work truck clean
Qualifications For The Job
Education:
Be able to listen to, understand, and follow directions given by the crew leader to complete each day's work route
Experience:
No work experience is required. We prefer to train our employees from scratch
Other:
Dependability: Show up for work every day
Punctuality: Be on time for work every day
Determination: Be ready to work hard every day
Key Competencies
Teachability: Be open-minded and willing to learn new skills
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Must be able to walk long distances at a fast pace with ease
